Ronald J Graham
Ronald J Graham II, MBA, is a native of Florence South Carolina. As a senior leader in the Air Force, he is responsible for efficiently leading and training six recruiters in order to meet the Air Force's manpower enlisted accessions objectives.
He is in charge of five geographically distinct offices with a duty area of 2,100 square miles. He oversees recruitment, public relations, and marketing for a population of 1,100,000 for 70 high schools with around 20,000 students and an anticipated 165 annual admissions. He has served for more than 14 years. He deployed many times in support of OPERATIONS ENDURING FREEDOM and INHERENT RESOLVE during his career. In addition to serving in the military, he operates various businesses.
He is the co-founder and chief executive officer of Hustle Smarter, a firm created to inspire, educate, motivate, and mentor individuals in need through financial literacy. They provide classes on topics such as auto loans, home purchasing, debt payback, and how to establish credit, to mention a few. He is also the CEO/COO of two trucking companies, one of which was co-founded with a childhood friend. As a result of his impeccable expertise and capacity to assist others in developing and scaling, he educates and mentors business owners from numerous sources. His formal education comprises an associate’s degree in mechanical and electrical technology and human resource management, a bachelor’s degree in finance, and a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing. He is married to Brianna, and they have two children, their daughter Jayla and son Ronald III.
